Hi everyone!!  My name is Autum, and I live, work, and play in the beautiful city of Chattanooga, TN!  By day I’m a middle school teacher (8th graders are the bomb diggity), and by night I’m a fun-loving and sometimes spastic wife, friend, daughter, sister, grad student, and faithful seeker of all things fun!! 🙂  I started this blog mainly because I wanted a way to keep in touch with my family and friends.  I have recently lost some weight and many folks have been curious about how I did it.  Now, I have a place to send them to see all the things I’ve been doing to melt away the pounds.

I imagine that as time goes I will add more than just my 21 day challenge because, obviously, the challenge will end.  As fun things happen, and as new discoveries are made, I’ll add them to my blog.  I hope you all enjoy it, and don’t be afraid to leave me comments or questions.

Oh, and don’t worry!  I haven’t forgotten how to spell my own name! It really doesn’t have an “n”!  Have to thank my wonderful, sometimes flighty, mother and grandmother for that one.  ( I originally had that my “parents” were responsible for the misspelling mishap, but as you can see below, my dad kindly pointed out that he was not the responsible party.)  🙂  Gotta love the parents.
